Newlands Law Group was born from a belief in the value of service.
The Newlands Law Group team began their legal careers practicing law in a way very different from what they do today. Each of them entered the legal field at law firms that serviced hundreds (or even thousands) of clients at a time. That kind of law practice had advantages for the lawyers, and it gave us the opportunity to win trial verdicts and secure multi-million-dollar settlements. But the personal relationship between those firms and their clients was not always a priority.
Newlands Law Group was founded on the belief that a law firm can provide top-tier results and top-tier service. At Newlands Law Group, we understand that all clients want to be made whole for what they’ve lost, but we also understand that all clients want their calls returned quickly. All clients want to know their case matters to their lawyers. All clients want an attorney who listens to them — actually listens, without making them feel rushed or like they’re being a bother.
At Newlands Law Group, we believe in the principle of service to our community. We believe in the value of personally being there to guide clients through their most difficult moments. We believe in being present to give advice, answer questions, and talk through issues whenever they come up whether they’re big or small. We believe that when we’re in trial or negotiating on a client’s behalf, there is value in knowing that client personally — their spouse’s name, their kids’ names, where they come from, and who they are. We believe that personal care and attention leads to better outcomes for our clients. We think our track record proves that.
